This statement is not merely a simple collection of 7 words, but also a sacred movement of energy, consciousness, and light. Practicing it in this way is the foundational method for individual, relational, and collective healing. 

Breathing deeply and expansively in through your nose, silently repeat with passion, strength, inner authority, and sincerity: *Highest Widest and Deepest Love…*

Breathing out through your mouth in a swift relaxing sigh, repeat with the same level of inner intensity: *Manifest Now* Continue breathing and repeating in this way, with no pauses between breaths, for the entire length of the video. The in-breaths are slower and deep, and the out-breaths are faster and swift. 

With each in-breath, expand and open the cells of your body and the centers of your energy. With each out-breath, completely release and relax every cell and atom of your body and being in one ecstatic release. 

The words *Highest Widest and Deepest Love* on your inhale represents your expansion, rising, ascending, and merging with the Ecstatic Energy and Consciousness of Pure Love. The words *Manifest Now* on your exhale represents a reset, a shift in time or consciousness, a flip of a switch, and a sacred decision. You are demanding, commanding, declaring, and deciding that within the inner reaches of your mind, body, and consciousness, that the Highest Widest and Deepest Love of the Universe, awake in all moments of the past present and future, and present in all places on earth and beyond, is now fully manifest within the inner reaches of your mind, body, and consciousness. Everything starts here. 

When the individual awakens and remembers the love and transcendent bliss, energy, and consciousness that they are – then they will resonate at a frequency that will attract and create equally loving and awakened relationships in new and magnificent structures and forms. These relationships will then inform and feed the collective decisions that are needed on a massive scale to pave the way forward for humanity and all life on earth.
