This is a completely silent transmission, except for a few seconds in the beginning and end where I state the intentions. I am encased and submerged in a downward flowing waterfall of love. This video consists of four distinct and joined 12 minute Divine Love Waterfall meditations that form two connected triangles of consciousness. I first recorded the video, and then watched the video as I recorded three more sessions.

To maximize the benefits of this meditation, follow these simple instructions as you watch and listen:

*Begin with deep, long, and continuous breaths* – in through your nose and out through your mouth. Fill your belly and chest completely with each inhale. Empty them completely with each exhale. Allow no pauses between breaths.

*With each deep and long inhale through your nose:* Open and expand your body, mind, and all your energy centers as you raise your awareness to be high above your head, connecting with your Source Center, merging your consciousness with all the love, joy, ecstasy, and bliss in the entire universe.

*With each smooth relaxing exhale through your mouth:* Pour the energy of superconscious love down through your entire mind and body like a beautiful and mighty waterfall, as you completely relax your body, allowing all tension to drop away.

*With every inhale, rise and expand your consciousness.* With every exhale, relax deeper, let go, and flood the love down… into and through your Crown, Pineal, Chest, and Sacrum (and all other centers of energy) – ultimately flowing into the ground beneath your feet to bless the earth and all life everywhere. Feel, sense, and see that all four centers of energy are lit up, glowing, throbbing, and pulsing with pure love as the waterfall cascades downward. See and feel the ground beneath your body amassing massive amounts of spiritual light.

*Keep breathing continuously.* Keep reaching and heightening your consciousness to a vantage point of being above your body. Keep opening and expanding your entire energetic field with each inhale, and strengthening the force and flow of the downward flowing waterfall with each exhale. Visualize and feel this waterfall with as much clarity and kinesthetic detail as possible.
